ALL students will have to register with a new proof of residency starting July 30…..Even if your child already attends Plantation Park!  EVERY STUDENT MUST RE-REGISTER!

Attention 5^th grade girls that will be attending Greenacres Middle School next year….There will be a meeting to join the Pep Squad on May 14^th from 3pm to 6pm in the Computer Lab at Greenacres.  A note will be sent home with more details later.  The cost to join is $150.00 and must be paid at the meeting.  Any questions please Call Toni Ford at 549-6210 or email Toni.Ford@bossierschools.org

Pre-K Applications are here and may be picked up in the office!  Remember students must be 4 years old on or before September 30, 2012 to qualify for the 4 year old PK program.  All applications are due by May 4^th.

Kindergarten Registration is August 1st-2nd

MUST BRING:

• PROOF OF RESIDENCY (Swepco or Lease w/child's name on it only)
• Current LA Immunization Records
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card

• When checking a student out, you must show a valid ID and you must be listed on the student's registration form.  There are NO check outs after 2:30!

• If your child's AFTERNOON transportation is going to be different than it normally is, you MUST send a note to the teacher that day or the student will be sent home as usual.

• Students must wear tennis shoes to PE.  If your child wears shoes other than tennis shoes to school, please send their tennis shoes with them to participate in PE.
